How long does it take to repair my computer?
Depending on the repairs needed, it can take from 1-3 days.

Can you back up my dead hard drive?
In most cases, yes. We can retrieve most data off a defective hard drive.

 Do you guys work on Macs?
Unfortunately we do not work with Macs.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, if a product we sell becomes defective from normal usage we will replace it within 30 days. Same goes for services.
